The ideal company to execute these fundamental areas of the contract would be a micro-company of energy services (MESE). A micro-company ofEnergy Services (MESE) is a small or medium -sized company (SME) or a temporary union of companies (UTE) specializing in the maintenance of street lighting, municipal buildings, renewable energy supply companies, installers, engineering, etc. that offers all the necessary servicesTo implement an integral energy efficiency project in the municipal facilities, from the projection phase to the measurement and verification phase of the savingsProject.
