• Description of the service: The object of this contract is the implementation of several variable information panels in different municipalities of the Garrotxa region, with the aim of providing real-time information on the employment of some of the main tourist car parks, thus improving traffic management and mobility in the region. This action includes, among others, the supply of the panels, their installation, the electrical and communication connections, as well as the services associated with commissioning and integration with the existing platform. It should be noted that the Regional Council of la Garrotxa is a beneficiary of the regional project "LA GARROTXA SOFT & SMART COUNTY. SUSTAINABLE TOURIST DESTINATION AND SMART" and specifically this contract fits into action 3: "Garrotxa E-MOV Friendly: Design and implementation of a global tourist eco-mobility plan", sub-action 7: "Node screens", Axis 2 "Improving energy efficiency" of the aforementioned project The project derives from the Next Generation EU Funds, specifically from the Tourism Sustainability Plans in Destinations (PSTD) program, extraordinary call 2021, promoted by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
