- Mixed Contracting of the Service of Organization and Integral Development of the Christmas Fair in the Placa De La Vila of the Municipality of Barbera Del Valles, Year 2025, Which Together with Its Codification, Figure in Section C) of the Table of Characteristics Annex (Annex 1). The Service Consists of Assembly, The Design, Management, Execution, Coordination, Dismantling and Removal of the 2025 Christmas Fair in the Placa de la Vila de Barbera Del Valles in Different Weekends of the 2025 Christmas Holiday Period. The Division into Lots of the Subject of this Contract is not foreseen For the Reasons Justified in the Reasoned Technical Report, In Accordance With What Art. 99.3 Of The Lcsp. The tender and execution of the contract will be governed, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, by the set of particular administrative clauses and the set of technical prescriptions (Ppt) (Annex 2).
