Mixed contracting (supply and service), in modality SaaS (Software as a Service), a comprehensive Human Resources management solution (personnel, payroll, time control and employee portal) for the Provincial Council of León and dependent entities, plus its associated services (migration, implementation, training, support and maintenance) Scope: Includes SaaS licenses, migration and implementation (multi-entity), training, support and maintenance; the supply, installation and configuration of time control terminals (17 RJ45 and 25 4G/WIFI) and its support; integrations with the Provincial Council's accounting system, with the SEDIPUALBA platform (certified level 2) and with ENI compatible electronic file; two-factor authentication (2FA) and autonomous password reset; the employee portal and time control; as well as monitoring the solution through SOC attached to the National SOC Network. The implementation will be carried out in phases with partial terms (3, 6, 9, 12 and 18 months), without altering the total validity of 3 years.
