Description:
Description of the provision: This PLEC aims to hire the works and supply of the materials that, together with its coding, is in section C) of the table of characteristics Annex (Annex 1). The contract aims at the mixed hiring for the execution of the execution "Basic and executive project for the renovation works of the athletics track at the IEM Can Llobet of the City Council of Barbera del Valles", encompassing the works of renovation of the track and the supply of the mobile athletics equipment. The performance includes the renewal of the total sports pavement From the athletics track, the artificial grass of the perimeter and the American football goals. It also provides for the adaptation of the fixed equipment and athletics competition, the installation of a tier and the construction of a second exit queue. The remodeling must take into account the Regulations to be approved as a category 1 installation of the Royal Spanish Athletism Federation (RFEA) in the tender and execution of the contract, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, the specifications of particular administrative clauses, the specifications of technical prescriptions (Annex 2 of the Plec) and the executive project of the works (Annex 2.1 of the PLEC), approved definitively by Decree no.2025LLDC001157, of May 5, 2025.The present action includes two different areas that will have to be executed separately, which is why the object of this contract is expected to be.
