The scope of this document is limited to the actions that frequently have to be carried out in the SCE of all US buildings, as well as all complementary works that are necessary to carry out for its correct execution (documentation, certifications, removal of obsolete material, etc., etc.). All actions that involve larger works such as installations are excluded. in new buildings, renovations integrals, etc. Included in this framework agreement are those services that, although not expressly reflected in this document, have the same or similar nature. There is no limit (neither lower nor upper) on the number of performances to be provided per the successful bidder companies, as a consequence of the fluctuation of real needs that have to be resolved in buildings of the US. This implies that there is no commitment to execute a minimum amount and, therefore, contractors they will not be able to demand determined quantities or maximum amounts as a condition of the service to be provided.
