The nature and extension of the needs that are intended to be covered by this contract projected, as well as the suitability of their object and content to satisfy them, are:
Chribe the sand owned by the City Council of Mao to be used at the parties of the Mao term.
Transport, spread, maintain and collect the sand to facilitate acts with horses in various locations of the nuclei of Llucmacanes, Sant Climent and Mao during their parties.
These needs are framed within the competences for the promotion of the culture and cultural equipment provided for in article 25.2.m of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of the local regime.
