The contract object is computer services and supplies for the update and maintenance of the economic-financial publications editing system of the Madrid City Council, specifically for the edition and publication of annual municipal budgets. Is divided into threeBenefits:
• Provision 1: Acquisition of the right to use the digital pages composition software, advanced edition and adobe indesign server or equivalent layout including the updates made during the period of validity of the contract, the technical assistance for its installation,and the absence of user limit. The right to use must allow the installation of software in two different environments with two purposes:
- Preproduction: used for the performance of tests and modifications prior to its deployment for end users.
- Production: Operating environmentUsed by end users.

• Provision 2: Update of the IAM Hermes module for the processing of files from the economic-financial systems and their integration with the digital pages composition software, advanced edition and layout, as well as the parameterizationof its connections and servers in which it resides to guarantee its correct operation.maintenance...
