This contract has as its main objectives of action the following items:
1.Renewal of public lighting facilities derived from their energy savings through an energy services model.
2. Adaptation of preventive maintenance, corrective of lighting facilities.
3. Improvement in the management and purchase of energy associated with infrastructuremunicipal in a global and grouped way with the consequent reduction of
costs and improvement in their management.
4. Possibility of execution of improvements in municipal infrastructure through the figure of the energy service through the provision P5, once the consumption and profiles have knownreal operation of municipal infrastructure.
5. Advance of the municipality to the Smart City through the implementation of an urban services management platform, which integrates all the energy, functional management and maintenance of them for better decision making bypart of the promoter service.
6. The municipal infrastructure object of this project are the following:
a. Public lighting facilities, traffic lights,
road signaling, and ornamental sources.
B. Municipal infrastructures described in PPT Annex: Energy Consumer CentersElectric of Municipal Infrastructure
c. Other infrastructure or facilities described in the PPT and that are auxiliaries of those listed above.
