• MIXED WORKS AND SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE SIURANA-EBRE WATER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT, IMPROVEMENT OF HABITATS AND THREATENED SPECIES. RESTORATION OF RIVERSIDE FOREST HABITATS AND RIVER ENTRANCES Description of the provision: The project to improve the green infrastructure of the Siurana-Ebre water mix, improving habitats and threatened species, is one of the actions included in action number 1: "Restoration of the habitats of the riparian forest and river environments", of Axis 1. Green and sustainable transition. This first action aims to improve the habitats and ecosystem environments in natural spaces of special interest and relevance for the Terres de l'Ebre Biosphere Reserve, achieving at the same time a better and greater resilience in the face of climate change. Around the water-mix between the Siurana River and the Ebre River, there are archaeological remains that now with this action and the installation of a wooden footbridge are intended to open the space to the public in general and value them. At the same time, this action is based on improving the space at an environmental level, eliminating some of the invasive exotic species that exist and promoting the conservation of native species through actions to clean the invasive flora and with fishing days that on the one hand will extract the invasive species and on the other will try to protect the native species by favoring their habitat.
