Description:
The object of this contract is the service of crane removal of vehicles from public roads throughout the municipality of Requena and transfer of vehicles from public roads to the municipal depot.
Likewise, essential withdrawal activities will be carried out in emergency cases. to accidents and other public calamities, and in all those situations ordered by the Local Police agents by virtue of general or particular orders emanating from the corresponding bodies, including vehicles that, following the guidelines of the Law, have been communicated to its owners consider abandoned vehicles as solid urban waste. For these purposes, vehicles will be understood as all those that are defined in current legislation, regardless of their characteristics or gross weight.
