- The scope of this service includes the provision of technical and human resources for preventive-conductive, corrective, technical-legal and modifying maintenance and the facilities of the Analytical Center for Inspection and Quality Control of Foreign Trade.
It involves putting provision of technical and human resources to carry out the following works:
• Maintenance of the sanitation and drinking water supply network and cleaning of roofs and gutters.
• Maintenance of the electrical installation and the uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
• Maintenance of the air conditioning system.
• Maintenance of the solar thermal collection system.
• Maintenance of the extraction system.
• Maintenance of the fire protection system (PCI).
• Maintenance of lifting devices.
• Maintenance of the compressed air system and the vacuum pump.
• Maintenance of automatic doors and garage doors.
• Prevention and control of legionella.
• Inspection of lifeline anchors.
• Indoor environmental quality inspection (CAI).
