- The Object of this Contract Is the Execution of the Works Defined in the Executive Project for the Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Old Rectory for a Local Consultancy and Office (File X2025000031), Drafted by the Architects of the Firm 05 Am Arquitectura, Slp, Joan Arnau Farras and Carme Munoz Ramirez, Definitively approved by the Local Government Board in session of September 23, 2025. Main actions The main access is in the same position as at present, through the porch and in the center of the facade. The Project Includes A Second Secondary Access Between The New Volume And The Building Existing That Will Give Flexibility To The Operation Of The Building. The Local Consultation of Serinya will move to the ground floor. This will consist of two doctor/nurse general consultation rooms in contact with the east facade, an emergency care room in contact with the plaza facade And a waiting area in contact with the median that will communicate with the new extension. The Reception Space Will Be Located Next To The Access Door So That Access And The Staircase Will Be Controlled Simultaneously. The scale of vertical communication between plants is maintained. The Extended Part Includes The Elevator, Dimensions 1.00 X 1.25 Meters, And Two Adapted Bathrooms. The First Floor Includes the Offices for Social Services.
