Description:
The object of this contract is to perform the actions included in the project "Interior adaptation of the Gas Museum building", distributed in 2 lots. The Project Collects the Actions Necessary to Adapt the Interior Spaces for the New Commissioning of the Building Located in the Placa Del Gas, 8, As a Municipal Museum, Maintaining the Current Distribution and Redefining the Uses of the Different Spaces. These actions have been structured in two lots, according to the nature of them: Lot 1 Work / Lot 2 Installations. The set of works provides for the commissioning of all The Systems, The Functional Verification And The Final Documentation According To Current Regulations. The present project does not intend to be a comprehensive intervention in the building, since it concentrates on a series of specific actions on each of the various floors, therefore, it will adapt and update only Those Constructive Elements That Are Affected.
