- The object of the contract is the proactive consulting of action information systems and their communications, as well as the management of computer security (managed firewall) of the organization and the management of incidents in the IT environment, including public holidays, during the hours 8:00 - 20:00, Saturdays Days Of The Week By means of this contract, it is intended to satisfy the following needs: - Proactive management of the entire Cpd action environment. Management of Configurations, Updates, Security and Implementation of New Technological Solutions. - Network Security Management Action Computing. Parameterization And Maintenance Of The Action Firewall, Of The Wi-Fi Network Of The Corporate Building And The Links Between The Data Processing Center And The Building's Floor Network Electronics. - Management of Security, Hardware or Software Incidents, From Network Connectivity, 12*7 Hours. - Consulting and Improvement Proposals for New Production Environments. Proactivity in the search for new technological solutions that can be carried out from the IT infrastructure area - Ability to offer server and application outsourcing services In An Alternative Cpd. - Management of Security Copies of Action to the Local Cpd and Replicas to an External Cpd of Action Through the Arcserve Udp Software. - Implementation of a Monitoring System and Technological Infrastructure Alerts of action
