Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of the warranty service, support and updates of the hardware that Action has in its data processing center and that must be renewed annually, including the supply and replacement of parts or devices necessary for the correct operation of the Cpd that have been Rest During The Warranty Period. Specifically, the object of the contract is the guarantee and maintenance service for the equipment detailed in the Technical Specifications (Ppt), which must provide Essential Care support coverage with the following characteristics:  Spare parts Parts in 6 Hours Maximum, Telephone Service 24*7.  Access to Software and Firmware Updates.  Monitoring Alerts, Automatic Opening of Requests and Diagnosis In Remote.
