The purpose of the contract will be the completion of the internal users service in the Minor Internment Center that manages the Canarian Youth Foundation Ideo (hereinafter, Ideo Foundation) in the province of Las Palmas (Ciem La Montaneta) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Ciem Valle Tabares).
The need to satisfy with the contracting procedure referred to Pliego is to provide the catering service object of the contract to all internal minors in these CIEM, all derived on one side of the legal obligation to offer such assistance to minors whose guardianship holds the foundation, and on the other hand of the fulfillment of the commitments acquired by the Foundation through the allocation of powers of its founding document.
