The Object of the Tender Is to Select a Consultancy to Draft the Informative Study of the Railway Terminal in L'Emporda. The Implementation of Ample UIC at the Current Vilamalla Terminal, The Strong Logistics Demand at Logis Emporda, The Drafting of the Urban Master Plan for Logis Emporda, They lead to anticipate a strong demand for multimodal transport and, therefore, the development of the railway infrastructure. Although this development has always been foreseen by Cimalsa, it is necessary to draw up and process the corresponding studies defined in Law 4/2006, of March 31, Railways, and Conditions that must be analyzed and considered. In addition to completing the regulatory documents, it is necessary to update and validate, or propose new alternatives, the development of the railway infrastructure in accordance with the new context and the new needs in accordance with the parameters Current Interoperability. Likewise, it is appropriate to validate the possibility of a final development that can take on 1,500 meters of railway train.
