Description:
Description of the provision: This PLEC is intended to contract the other disciplines provided for in all the disciplines provided for in article 18.2 of Royal Decree 39/1997, of January 17, which approves the Regulation of Prevention Services, that is, security in the Work, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosociology and work medicine, and in accordance with the evaluation of risks and the planning of preventive activity, in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on occupational risk prevention, as well as Medical reviews, by the Municipal Companies of Tarragona (AEMT AIE) and the companies that are part of it, in accordance with the specifications established in the particular technical technical specifications, and each of the mercantile companies will be part of the contract, on the one hand. Municipal members of the Association of Economic Interest "The Grouping of Municipal Companies of Tarragona AIE (AEMT AIE)" and the Grouping itself, and on the other, the signed successful bidder of the Contracte.
