CONTRACT FOR FOLLOW-UP SERVICES AND COLLABORATION IN THE DRAFTING OF PROJECTS, EXECUTION OF WORKS AND OTHER WORK RELATED TO THE CONTROL OF THE EXECUTION AND AFTER-SALES PROCESS (180/25) Description of the benefit: The object of this The tender consists of establishing the agreements and conditions defining the rights and obligations that must govern the preparation, award, development, effects and termination of the administrative service contract consisting of the provision of assistance technique for follow-up and collaboration in the drafting of the executive project (study, review and validation of solutions proposed by the draftsman architects, preparation of the specifications document and budget), the preparation of the control program quality, the management of the execution of the works and the follow-up of the quality control, the preparation of the building book and the follow-up (and collaboration in the resolution) of the incidents that may occur in the after-sales phase, regarding the buildings in promote by IMPSOL, identified by promotions-municipalities-sectors.
