• Description:
• The purpose of this document is the contracting of the operation and maintenance service of the WWTP facilities of Antigua, Triquivijate and Valles de Ortega and EBARs of the municipality. The aforementioned service contract will include the entire benefits and actions planned and defined in the Particular Technical Prescriptions Document. Included in the object of this contract are the operations necessary for the correct functioning of said WWTPs and EBARs, including the replacement of chemical reagents, maintenance of electromechanical equipment, removal of purged sludge, transportation by authorized manager to another WWTP for proper treatment, waste management to the environmental complex, cleaning of the EBARs for their proper functioning and for compliance with Decree 174/94 of July 29, which approves the discharge control regulation for the protection of the hydraulic public domain and Royal Decree 1620/2007, of December 7, by which that The Legal Regime for the Reuse of Purified Water is established, in compliance with the objectives of protecting water quality, for agricultural (quality 2.3.a) and environmental (quality 5.3.a) uses.
