- Description of the provision: The purpose of this tender is to contract the necessary services to carry out the correct operation, conservation and maintenance of the sanitation systems of Solsona, Sant Llorenc de Morunys, La Coma i la Pedra, Su and Freixinet, according to the instructions collected in the Plec of Particular Technical Prescriptions (PPTP) that guarantees the achievement of the quality objectives set therein and that meet the requirements of Council Directive 91/271/CEE of May 21, 1991, on water treatment urban waste and Royal Decree 509/1996, ofMarch 15, of the development of Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, of December 28, which establishes the rules applicable to the treatment of urban waste water. Similarly, the services contracted must ensure good exploitation, maintenance and conservation of the civil and equielectromechanical ps that guarantee the continuity of the service, avoiding unexpected stoppages due to breakdowns, and extending the useful life of the installed equipment following the maintenance specifications contained in the PPTP. The description of the facilities subject to this contract, as well as the orobligations and the specifications for performing the associated work are described in the PPTP.
