Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of a cybersecurity aid line service, through different channels:
Telephone
Web form (supported by email)
Chat by social media messaging
Videoconference
Within the object of the contract, the service of Advice, assistance and active information aimed at the different audiences of INCIBE in the resolution of doubts and problems related to cybersecurity in general: information security, devices, risks and threats, advice and good practices, specific advice in Case of problems, as well as safe and responsible use of the Internet by minors, their services and technologies, giving continuity to the services of the same nature currently existing in Incibe and expanding them.
