Performing reports for review and general analysis of dams and rafts in exploitation of The Hydrographic Demarcation of the Ebro whose ownership holds the Basin body (ZG/Zaragoza), within the framework of the recovery, transformation and resilience (PRTR) plan.
The purpose of this contract is to carry out the security reviews of the dams and rafts in the exploitation of the demarcation Ebro Hydrographic, in order to comply with the technical safety standards for dams and reservoirs that have been approved by Royal Decree 264/2021, of April 13 (BOE No. 89 of April 14, 2021).
One of the standards is the Technical Safety Standard for Exploitation, reviews Safety and off -duty offset. This standard establishes that "the holder will be obliged to periodically carry out general security reviews of the dam and the reservoir. These reviews will be carried out by a specialized technical team other than that developed by the exploitation of which security is responsible. " The periodicity of these reviews in large dams will be not exceeding 5 years in category dams A, ten years in category B and 15 years in those of category C.
