- The development of a plan to promote school success, prevent absenteeism and improve coexistence in the educational centers of the Usera district 2026-2028.
The fundamental principle of this Plan is to make the universal right to education a reality, with a gender perspective1, inclusive, democratic and equitable, focused on the promotion of all students in the district, enhancing their learning abilities and the development of emotional intelligence.
It is a project agreed with the comprehensive neighborhood plans (PIBA), a way to continue collaborating with the centers educational in the response to the problems that prevent all students in the district, regardless of the social reality in which they find themselves, from successfully completing at least the compulsory schooling stage, providing them with tools aimed at reducing the variables of risk that can lead to a situation of school failure and maladjustment and their abandonment or exclusion from the educational system and reinforce the protective factors that avoid these situations. It is about incorporating positive educational experiences that directly affect the causes that They cause a student to lead to a situation of school failure and truancy and psychosocial imbalances that prevent good coexistence in educational centers.
