Supply and installation of a platform for the separation and characterization of biomacromolecules and bionanoparticles by flow fractionation Asymmetric field (AF4) and Electric (EAF4), coupled to multi -angle light dispersion detectors, dynamic light dispersion (DLS) index of differential refraction (DRI), and spectroscopy of ultraviolet-visible light (UV/vis) for the expansion of the molecular biology service of the scientific and technical area of research (SBM-Acti) of the University of Murcia.
This equipment is funded by the Ministry of Science Innovation and Universities, Spanish Agency for Research MICIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), within the Plurirregional Program of Spain Feder 2021-2027 with the project reference EQC2024-008710-P.
