The purpose of the contract is the postal service of collection, admission, classification, treatment, course, transport, distribution and delivery of postal shipments of administrative notifications with presumption of veracity and reliable in the distribution, delivery, reception, rejection or impossibilitydelivery for the Xaloc agency, as well as the necessary benefits for the effectiveness of these notifications.
The delivery of notifications, in terms of time, term and form, must meet the requirements provided for the regulations that are in force at all times on notifications ofResolutions and administrative acts.with presumption of veracity and reliable in the distribution, delivery, reception, rejection or impossibility of delivery for the Xaloc Agency, as well as the necessary benefits for the effectiveness of these notifications.
