Description:
The purpose of this contract consists of the provision of collection, admission, classification, transportation, distribution and delivery services of postal, telegraphic and telematic shipments generated by the different Services and Departments of the Provincial Council of Segovia, including the return of shipments when delivery cannot be made to the recipient. As well as, where appropriate, the evidence of the delivery itself.
And have a distribution and delivery service for postal, telegraphic and telematic shipments, making special reference to the sending of notifications in those procedures that the law requires to be carried out. In most cases, they require additional services necessary to guarantee the required effectiveness, in particular certified shipments (delivery under signature) and, especially, administrative notifications.
