Description:
Description of the provision: PPA-type green energy supply for the period 2027-2029. The object of this contract is the supply of electrical energy of certified renewable origin, with guaranteed origin (GO) accredited in accordance to the standards of the Association of Issuing Bodies (AIB), intended to cover the energy needs of the facilities and dependencies of the Consortium, with the conditions of efficiency, security of supply and economic optimization that are established in the documents that govern the tender. The contract includes the active management of the price of energy through a mixed or fixed-indexed tariff structure, which combines a volume of consumption at a closed price with a part indexed to the wholesale electricity market (electric pool managed by the OMIE), in the pass-through mode, in accordance with what is detailed below.
