- The works that include the preventive, corrective and legal technical maintenance of the facilities, in general, would be:
- preventive maintenance work that includes the periodic preventive reviews of all facilities and regulatory reviews that proceedbe carried out during the validity of the contract. In the event that it is necessary to carry out inspections through OCA, the control works are included in this contract, prior notice to the CZFC of need for OCA and accompaniment to visits of reviews of the facilities that are carried out by the OCA.
- jobscorrective maintenance that includes the attention of all notices, breakdowns, gas loads, repairs, modifications, location of leaks, extensions, adjustments, gas loads and equipment replacement, etc ... that affect the facilities included in the service and detailed in theAnnex-1.
