Preventive, corrective and mandatory maintenance service for protection facilities fire protection of the IASS Centers. This is a service that must respond to the minimum requirements established in the current applicable regulations, taking into account the characteristics and particularities of the facilities of each of the centers that are the subject of this contract.
The services The main ones that are hired are the following:
- Technical advice.
- Global management of the service and the documentation associated with it: reports, evaluations, certificates, etc.
- Mandatory technical-legal maintenance work: maintenance or security operations to be carried out in the facilities of Annex I of the Particular Technical Prescription Specifications, which, in accordance with the specifications required by regulations, must be carried out.
- Preventive maintenance work: Inspections of the operating state through periodic examination of compliance with the conditions of use of the elements and facilities that are the subject of the contract. This type of maintenance includes those actions that, as a result of the inspections, are considered necessary to prevent breakdowns.
