- Paper printing service for all types of notifications or communications addressed to those interested in administrative procedures or to citizens in general who it is considered necessary to make them participate in any municipal information, in paper format and that must be enveloped for delivery. - Service for enveloping notifications or administrative communications or any municipal information, in paper format, to be able to deliver them to their recipients. - Service of marriage and presentation of the supporting documents, traditionally known as “acknowledgments of receipt”, in cases of need to deliver to the recipients with proof of delivery, as they are administrative notifications or certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt. -Service, in cases where indicated, of carrying out the necessary tasks before the universal postal manager (Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.), to be able to register notifications and postal shipments in their systems, deposit of said shipments in their offices and collection and delivery to the City Council of electronic proof of delivery in cases where this exists.
