- Description of the benefit: The benefit to be contracted is that of a private health care service in a flexible remuneration modality, aimed at staff with an employment relationship with the Fundació Privada i2CAT, Internet i Innovación Digital a Catalunya (in henceforth, Fundació i2CAT), as well as to their immediate family members who are members of the same flexible remuneration modality. Within the contractual object, the awarded company must offer and provide a private healthcare service to the staff of the i2CAT Foundation through the flexible payment method offered and managed by the organization itself. The provision of the service must be offered to employees of the i2CAT Foundation who request it and have an employment relationship with the organization This private healthcare can be extended to the direct beneficiaries of the holders. Spouses, de facto and/or stable partners are considered beneficiaries of the holders as long as they live together usual with the titular person, as well as first-degree descendants, including both biological and adoptive parentage. Also, any reference to "insured persons" will be understood to include any person who is a member of the insurance in by virtue of this contract, whether they are employees of the Foundation or its beneficiaries.
