Description of the service: Replacement and comprehensive renovation of the City Council's corporate IT infrastructure, under a RENT WITH OPTION TO PURCHASE regime, which includes: - The replacement of the three current physical servers with new equipment with benefits updated, guaranteeing the continuity of municipal services and existing virtualization.-The replacement of the disk storage cabinet (SAN) with a new high-performance and high-availability solution, with replication and protection mechanisms data.-The renewal of network electronics and centralized management.-The replacement of user terminal equipment (thin clients) with new devices compatible with the virtualization environment of the City Council, with better energy efficiency and performance. The action also includes: - The installation, configuration and commissioning of the new equipment. - The migration of data and services from the current systems to the new ones. - The basic technical training for the systems staff. - The initial technical support during the warranty period.
