Description of the provision: The object of the contract is to execute the rehabilitation works of the building of the old Can Marfa workshop, to adapt it as a space for the promotion of the horticultural sector, according to the Project definitively approved on March 14, 2025. This tender corresponds to action 8 "Efficient rehabilitation of the annex building of La Marfa for its conversion into a space for the promotion of the horticultural sector" of axis 1 "Green and Sustainable Transition" of the Tourism Sustainability Plan in Destination of the Girona City Council - exp.
