Description:
The purpose of this contract is the provision of the functions that Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention; Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24, which establishes minimum health and safety provisions in construction works; The Royal Decree 171/2004, of January 30, which develops article 24 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the prevention of occupational hazards regarding coordination of business activities, or legal regulations that replace it, assign to the promoter who performs actions with their own personnel or hire with third parties to carry out construction works, and in particular those of coordination of health and safety during project writing and the execution of the works.
