Description of the provision: The regulation of the project competition with the intervention of jury, promoted by the City Council of Mollet del Valles, is the subject of this tender, for the selection of a proposal for the construction of a new cultural facility that fulfills two objectives: -Ser the headquarters of the headquartersOrganizations of popular and traditional culture of the city. -Dot in the most multipurpose spaces for leisure and culture and foresee the subsequent contracting of the drafting of the draft and executive projects and management of the works.The team of authors, company or professional winner of the competition may subsequently be awarded the drafting contracts of the draft and executive project/s and the contracts of the optional management and coordination of safety and health, through the procedure negotiated without advertising,As provided in article 168.d) of Law 9/2017, of November 8, public sector contracts (hereinafter LCSP).
