- The main objective of the project is the drafting of the basic and execution projects and the direction of the works of the Final Phase of the Master Plan of the Ferrol University Hospital Complex (CHUF). In addition, a basic project and execution of the previous works will also be drawn up, which isnecessary to execute to adequately link the new work with the work in progress of the first phase of the Master Plan, as well as to prepare the hospital for the execution of the Final Phase in a manner compatible with the healthcare activity. Prior to these projects, a preliminary draft will be drawn up.ct that serves as a basis for developing the project of the Final Phase of the Master Plan and the project of the Previous Phase. Each of the projects will define the functional, formal, constructive and economic characteristics of the works. It will be based on the actions defined in the technical documentationonly annexed to the Prego. However, the Administration may request, at any time, the introduction of modifications to the project proposal to adapt to the functional, economic or other needs that may have arisen throughout the contract. These modificationsThey will be mandatory for the contractor. The projects covered by the contract will be prepared based on the CHUF Master Plan and the revised Functional Plan.
