The purpose of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Strategic Waste Plan of the Principality of Asturias 2017-2024 (Perpa), consists of the drafting of the construction project and the execution of construction works, including the implementation of the installation until its final reception by Cogersa, of the expansion of the existing biomethanization plant, to increase its Treatment capacity in 30,000 t/year, which will allow once executed, achieve the capacity provided for in the 60,000 T/year perpa, optimizing at the same time some of the processes and equipment of the plant, with the scope defined in the specific technical prescriptions (PPTP).
