Description:
Provide the Libraries of the University of Barcelona with soundproofed acoustic booths in accordance with the specifications contained in the Technical Prescriptions Package (Ppt). The scope of the contract includes: - Supply of 25 acoustic booths Soundproofed Individuals With Table And Seat. - Transport, unloading and transfer to its final location. - Unpacking - Installation. - Documentation, Guides And Instruction Manuals Necessary To Understand The Operation Of The Cabins, Together With The Technical Documentation Where Its Basic Components Are Indicated. - Removal of waste from packaging and protection, as well as any other residue derived from the activities to be carried out. The Documentation Must Be Delivered In Catalan Or Spanish And In Electronic Format (Pdf Or Another Editable Format) And It Should Be Sufficient For The Consultation Of The Operation Of The Cabins. The warranty includes a technical service or after-sales service, for the management of incidents and/or support needs that are Can Present During the Guarantee Period, Minimum of 3 Years, Which Can Be Extended as an Improvement, at No Additional Cost to the University of Barcelona; The Services to be Provided During the Warranty Period Are Established in Section 3 of Ppt.
