According to the terms provided in article 28 of the LCSP, to make available to the members of the Civil Guard who perform their service in the quartering of Jerez de la Frontera a cafeteria service necessary to meet its nutritional needs within the working hours, avoidingHave to move outside to have the services that are subject to hiring (and, in a complementary way, by extension, to resident relatives and anyone who has to perform some management inside the quartering, therefore not being a service of a serviceopen to the general public). For this purpose, the particularities that the provision of this service in a quartering and that essentially affect schedules and safety measures should be taken into account.
