Description:
Provision of the Banking Service and Support in the Collection Operations Carried Out by the Administration of the Generalitat and the Tax Agency of Catalonia (Atc) of Tax and Non-Tax Revenues. In this sense, the financial institution will facilitate the citizen Face-to-face and telematic payment. In relation to the Atc, the object of this contract is exclusively the collection service through the payment gateway through payment by credit or debit card, or through other payment systems Instant With Identity Verification Through Mobile Or Similar Applications. The object of the contract does not contravene Royal Decree 939/2005, of July 29, by which the General Collection Regulations are approved, which establishes that credit institutions That Provide the Cashier Service Or That Are Entities Collaborating In The Collection Of Those Revenues That Have Not Been Entrusted To The Tax Agency, They Are Not Granted The Character Of A Collection Body.
