The contract aims to provide comprehensive cleaning service in buildings, facilities and equipment managed by the Sociedad Theater Cervantes de Malaga and Initiatives Audiovuals, S.A., Understanding:
- The Cervantes Theater
- Echegaray theater
- Albeniz cinema
- Offices, warehouses, dressing rooms, halls, toilets and other technical and administrative spaces
- Any other spaces in which cultural or organizational acts promoted by society are held
The benefit will include ordinary, extraordinary, maintenance, event cleaning tasks, and other specific interventions according to the nature and use of each space. The services will be adjusted to the planning, frequencies, procedures, human resources and materials specified in the Technical Prescriptions, which is part of the hiring file.
It is a services contract subject to harmonized regulation, processed through open procedure, with plurality of award criteria. The duration, execution conditions, minimum requirements and solvency criteria are described in detail in the specifications that govern the tender.
