Description:
The object of this contract will be the correct execution of the service contract consisting of, “PROVISION OF THE SERVICE OF COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION OF WASTE OF LOCAL COMPETENCE, CLEANING OF PUBLIC SPACES AND CLEANING OF MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANTIGUA”. The successful bidder will be in charge of cleaning public spaces and collecting and transporting certain local waste generated in the municipality of Antigua, as well as cleaning certain buildings of municipal ownership, said object materializing in the detailed services in the functional scope described in the Technical Prescription Document (hereinafter, PPT), subject to the prescriptions of the aforementioned PPT, and to the clauses of the Particular Administrative Clauses Sheet (hereinafter, PCAP), and the general and sectoral legislation of application, as well as the rest of the documentation for each of the lots. Thus, this contract responds to a mixed contract of supply and services, since it includes benefits inherent to the supply contract in accordance with the definition of article 16 LCSP, and of service contracts, in accordance with the definition of article 17 LCSP, both benefits being linked. and in a complementary relationship in the sense of article 34.2 LCSP.
