• Provision of maintenance service for the low-voltage electrical installations of the municipal buildings and offices of the Sant Adrià de Besòs town hall The Sant Adrià de Besòs City Council (hereinafter the City Council) is the owner of more of 40 low voltage electrical installations located in different municipal facilities (schools, libraries, administrative buildings, cultural buildings, etc...) to which it is mandatory to carry out the maintenance with installation companies authorized according to Royal Decree 842/2002, of August 2, by that the Electrotechnical Regulation for Low Voltage (REBT) is approved, in order to contribute to the reliability of operation of the essential electrical power distribution system and the safety of the people users of these and for whom it is also mandatory to carry out a periodic inspection every five (5) years by a Control Body (OC). The object of this document is the regulation of the contracting of the services necessary for the maintenance and corresponding works of the electrical installations in LV of the municipal buildings and equipment of the City Council, to: • Preserve the safety of people and property in municipal buildings and facilities. • Ensure the normal functioning of these facilities and prevent disturbances or effects on other facilities and services. • Contribute to technical reliability and energy and economic efficiency...
