Description of the service: The purpose of this tender is to hire a company that will be in charge of the management services (advice, planning, negotiation, insertion and monitoring) of the City Council's institutional advertising in local and regional media (press) and in local and generalist digital media. When we talk about institutional advertising, we are referring to campaigns to disseminate activities, services, civic and democratic values, or the image of the institution. Official announcements (edicts) are excluded from this section. The services considered included with this recruitment will be the following:• Advice on dissemination campaigns. The City Council will decide the campaigns, media, formats and date of the insertions. The awarding company will be able to advise on the appropriate media for the best dissemination in each case.• Mediation in the negotiations The winning company will have to negotiate with the media the best prices and discounts on advertising inserts. The successful tenderer must have the updated rates for media advertising media.• Hiring, management and monitoring of advertising institutional The awarded company must carry out all the procedures necessary to manage the purchase, delivery and monitoring of advertising insertions in the media communication
