• Description:
• Description of the provision: The subject of this contract is the provision of all the services necessary for the coordination, overall production and realization of the Festa Major de Sant Adrià de Besòs, for the years 2026 and 2027. It involves technical, artistic production and logistics (advice, pre-production, executive production, and post-production), referring to: technical staff (production, monitoring, stage management, access control assistants, loading and unloading, assembly and other technical assistance) and management of events such as concerts and activities of different formats, included in the official program of the Festa Major organized by the Sant Adrià de Besòs Town Council. It also includes the supply of materials and sound equipment and lighting, stages, electrical generators and various infrastructures (fences, chairs, tents, inflatables, game circuits, signage, etc.) and all the logistics that need to be provided for the realization of the events and unitary activities that are they relate in this specification (in lot 1) as well as the final party castle (lot 2).
