Provision of preventive maintenance service, corrective and mandatory of the air conditioning installations of the IASS Centers. This is a service that must respond to the minimum requirements established in the current applicable regulations, taking into account the characteristics and particularities. of the facilities of each of the centers subject to this contract. The main services contracted are the following: - Technical advice. - Global management of the service and the documentation associated with it: reports, evaluations, certificates, etc. - Mandatory technical-legal maintenance work: maintenance or security operations to be carried out in the facilities of Annex I of the Particular Technical Prescription Document, which, in accordance with the specifications required by regulations, must be carried out. - Preventive maintenance work: Inspections of the state of operation through periodic examination of compliance with the conditions of use of the elements and facilities subject to the contract. In this type of Maintenance includes those actions that, as a result of the inspections, are considered necessary to prevent breakdowns. - Corrective maintenance work: Repair tasks necessary to restore the normal operation of any element or installation that is the subject of the contract.
