The contract is aimed at the provision of the School Transportation Service in public centers dependent on the Ministry of Education in the Community of Castilla y Leon, in the cases contemplated in article 8.1 of Royal Decree 443/2001, of April 27, onSafety conditions in school and minor transport, and provided that transport is carried out in vehicles of more than 7 seats that transport students under twelve years, on the routes indicated in Annex I of the Technical Prescription Specifications as well as in those new routes that canIt occurs in each of the provinces during the validity of the contract.Transport of, at least, an ideal person, other than the driver, accredited by the organizing entity of the service, unless expressly agreed that the carrier accredits, who knows the operation of the vehicle's safety mechanisms, in charge ofThe care of minors during their transport and the access operations of the vehicle, as well as, where appropriate, of the collection and accompaniment of the students from and to the interior of the school, in the cases specified in said article, and in any case, always, always...
