Management will include direct and indirect attention to all those factors that intervene. in the comprehensive care of dependent people users of a Day Center, as established by current regulations, Law 3/2019, of February 18, on Inclusive Social Services of the Valencian Community, Decree 27/2023, of March 10, of the Consell, which regulates the typology and the operation of the centers, services and programs of social services, and their organization within the functional, territorial and competency structure of the System
Valencian Public of Social Services and Decree 51/2024, of April 29, of the Consell, which modifies the previous Decree.
The Management of the 50 aforementioned places will preferably meet the demand for applications from areas coinciding with the territorial demarcations of intervention of the Municipal Social Services Centers of Ciutat Vella, Benimaclet and Salvador Allende.
The provision of the service for the comprehensive management of 50 places in the Municipal Day Center for dependent elderly people "La Purisima", in accordance with the provisions of this Specific Administrative Clauses and the Technical Prescriptions.
